This Bastrop Residence is a 7,000 sq ft custom home designed to deliver a balance of scale, efficiency, and structural reliability. The project followed a straightforward approach, allowing for a smooth and well-coordinated execution.

KSI Steel was responsible for the full structural scope, working closely with the structural engineer and builder to deliver a precise Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) framing system aligned with project requirements. Close proximity to the site enabled additional involvement during construction, including site visits to support coordination and ensure quality execution.
