Project description
This Mission Residence is a 1,500 sq ft, two-story starter home developed as part of a three-home residential series in Mission, Texas. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, the project reflects a straightforward approach to modern residential construction.
KSI Steel led the project from concept to completion, overseeing architectural design, Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) structural development, and on-site erection. As one of the company’s early CFS projects, it played a key role in establishing internal workflows and construction capabilities.

Full Project Delivery KSI managed the entire process, from initial design through structural installation, ensuring continuity and execution across all phases.

CFS Structural System, the residence was built using Cold-Formed Steel framing, providing a durable, non-combustible alternative to traditional wood construction.
